  • Maintain an organised sales floor, ensuring that products are well-displayed and easily accessible.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for cash handling.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
