Description

A leading commercial vehicle dealership is seeking Sales Assistants to support its sales operations and customer engagement efforts across key regions. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support & Sales Assistance

  • Assist walk-in and online customers with inquiries on trucks, vans, and commercial vehicles.
  • Schedule test drives and coordinate product demonstrations.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending customer feedback.
  • Support senior sales executives in preparing proposals and closing deals.

Product & Market Knowledge

  • Maintain a strong understanding of available commercial vehicle models, features, and specifications.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and OEM campaigns.
  • Attend product training sessions and brand workshops.

Administrative & CRM Support

  • Manage customer data and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Ensure proper documentation for quotations, test drives, and sales files.
  • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports for the sales manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Matric certificate required; further studies in Sales, Marketing, or Automotive Management advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales assistant role (motor or commercial vehicle experience preferred).
  • Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license essential.
