Job Description:

WHAT ARE YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE?

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role in the CPG or Toy industry preferred.
  • Completed vocational qualification or Degree in Business, Marketing or related area desirable.
  • Retail Experience either at store level or retail planning experience an asset.
  • Customer driven approach and a “go-getter” attitude
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally
  • Strong Excel skills with demonstrated relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office overall (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to create and maintain business presentations, Excel files, read POS reports
  • Experience in SAP, Salesforce is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated organization, planning and communication skills
  • Fluent in German (written and speaking)
  • Good knowledge of English

Responsibilities
  • Sales Support
  • Stock control
  • To provide a supportive role and a communication link between Stock Control and the Sales Team for all accounts
  • Selections
  • Produce quotes, collating dimensions, images, and prices for customers as required.
  • Contact with Finance re: pricing and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ’s)
  • Compiling of listing sheets
  • Requesting of Price changes to be set up in the system
  • Samples
  • Work in conjunction with marketing to get stock, mockups, images and samples to customers
  • Reports
  • General Sales Requests
  • Dimensions
  • Meeting Notes
  • Sales Marketing
  • To act as a point of contact for the sales team in their absence
  • To undertake any ad hoc duties
  • To undertake any of the above tasks in an appropriately professional and timely manner at all times
