We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Sales Assistant to join our team in Belluno, Italy.
The role involves planning and implementing sales activities and supply management for our customers to ensure a high level of customer happiness.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in a sales position, having managed the operational part of the sales process.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.
  • Proven understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sometimes challenging conversations with clients.
  • Strong interest to work in a client facing position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • knowledge of an additional language is helpful.
  • past experience in a similar industry could be an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Initiating procedures to create and load up new customers in the system (Oracle).
  • Entering orders / customer support / sending order confirmations to clients / providing information on possible delivery changes.
  • Reviewing the product list to be shipped against production orders.
  • Daily verification of urgent product requests to better direct planning.
  • Sending customers reports on delivery status.
  • Preparing quotations, entering and updating price lists, and setting special net price sales conditions for each customer in the database.Initiating procedures for creating new product codes and sample requests
