Key Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest level of customer service
• Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build a long-term relationships with Clients.
• Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.
• Perform in the shop’s operational processes to ensure the best store performance

Requirements necessary to cover the job:

• Relevant experience in Fashion Retail
• Fluency in English
• Possess excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skill
• Proven ability to deliver customer orientation
• Enthusiastic team player, outgoing and friendly personality
• Proactivity and ability to solve problems
• Deep passion for the Brand
• Good knowledge of MS Office
