Job Title: Sales & Store Assistant
Main Purpose of the Job
The Sales & Store Assistant plays a key role in supporting both the shop floor and back-of-house operations. This role ensures excellent customer service while also assisting with deliveries, stock organisation, and general store upkeep.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team while also using initiative.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage tasks in a busy environment.
• Previous retail, warehouse, or stock-handling experience is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays if required

• Open and close the store as required, following procedures for security and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and food-handling policies.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance in line with store standards.
• Assist with any additional tasks or duties assigned by management, which may include working across different areas of the store.
