  • Valid Australian driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as well as perform physical tasks associated with delivery and store maintenance.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or delivery is a plus, but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing supplies is advantageous, but we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales/Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of Burnett’s Plumbing Supplies, providing outstanding customer service while managing deliveries and contributing to our sales efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Delivery: Safely and efficiently deliver plumbing supplies to our customers, ensuring accurate and timely service.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers in-store with product inquiries, provide knowledgeable advice, and help them find the right solutions for their needs.
  • Customer Service: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Inventory Management: Help with stocking shelves, managing inventory, and ensuring the store is organized and presentable.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork related to deliveries and sales, including order forms and delivery receipts.
