Core Responsibilities

Sales & Client Support

  • Client Communication: Professionally communicate via email and phone with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and confirm Zoom meetings for sales presentations, internal sales huddles, and cross-team knowledge transfers.
  • Client Onboarding: Execute onboarding checklists, set up internal kickoff meetings, and assist in transitioning new clients to the Digital Services team.
  • Proposal & Contract Support: Draft sales proposals and contracts for leadership review; manage contract workflows using Adobe Sign or similar platforms.
  • Sales Research & Prospecting
  • Research & Intel Gathering: Use digital tools and AI (e.g., ChatGPT, LinkedIn, website analytics) to gather background on prospective clients and support sales targeting strategies.
  • CRM Collaboration: Input and update Salesforce records, ensuring clean data, accurate lead info, and proper tagging.
  • Conference & Event Logistics
  • Conference Research: Identify relevant industry events, sponsorship opportunities, and networking venues for the Sales team.
  • Conference Planning: Create and maintain a master calendar for upcoming events; assist with registration, travel logistics, and promotional materials

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Impeccable Email Communication: Professional tone, grammar, and attention to detail in all client-facing written communications.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency:
  • PowerPoint: Create visually appealing decks aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Excel: Confident using formulas, formatting, and data tracking.
  • AI Tools: Ability to use tools like ChatGPT efficiently for research, ideation, and drafting support content.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging by audience.
  • Time Management: Organized, deadline-driven, and capable of juggling multiple priorities independently.

Preferred/Bonus Skills

  • Email Marketing Platforms: Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp or Constant Contact for distributing newsletters a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus, but not required.
