As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable Sales Assistant/Dispatcher to join our team and help us provide excellent customer service while ensuring smooth and efficient deliveries.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Assistant/Dispatcher will play a dual role: supporting sales by handling customer inquiries and order processing and managing logistics by dispatching deliveries and coordinating drivers. This position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in dispatching, logistics, customer service, or sales support (manufacturing/trucking/landscaping industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (phone and email).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with dispatch or CRM software a plus.
  • Ability to solve problems under pressure and work in a team environment.
