SALES ASSISTANT / DRIVER

We are looking for a reliable and professional Sales Assistant & Company Driver to handle transport-related duties, RTA transactions, showroom and vehicle cleanliness. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE Manual Driving License and a strong knowledge of UAE roads.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Valid UAE Manual Driving License (mandatory).
· Experience in RTA-related tasks or automotive sales assistance is a plus.
· Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
· Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
· Ability to remain calm under pressure, especially during peak traffic hours.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

RTA & SALES SUPPORT DUTIES:

• Handle RTA-related transactions, including vehicle registration, renewal, and documentation.
• Assist in maintaining showroom and vehicle cleanliness to ensure a presentable and professional environment.
• Support the sales team with vehicle movements, test drives, and customer service as needed.

COMPANY DRIVER DUTIES:

• Collect and deliver vehicles to customers safely and on time.
• Stay updated on road conditions, traffic, and weather reports to adjust routes accordingly.
• Ensure company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, maintenance, and trip details.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Schedule and track routine vehicle maintenance, including servicing and inspections.
• Keep receipts for vehicle expenses such as tolls and maintenance.
• Plan routes in advance for efficiency and timely arrivals.
