YOU WILL VIBE WITH US We are looking for a Sales Assistant as part of our Large National Accounts and Public sales team. As a Sales Assistant, you will assist three sales colleagues in their daily activities related to large private and public clients. More specifically, you will be responsible for: Daily follow-up with clients and support for client appointments of the account managers, by mail and phone. Daily client administration. Support for internal projects. Co-managing the client portfolio. Update our CRM system (Salesforce). Follow-up on invoicing. WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU A background in administration and/or sales training is preferred. Experience in B2B sales support is ideal, but we welcome motivated juniors as well. Fluency in French, Dutch, and English is required. A strong grasp of sales processes and IT tools is essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally a CRM system. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. You possess a keen interest in working within a B2B context, particularly in the HR sector. You are hands-on, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and are comfortable engaging directly with B2B clients. START DATE February 2026 OTHER INFORMATION Permanent full-time contract (38 hours/week). Location: Brussels (Auderghem).
