JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our sales team in executing trade shows, corporate environments, and promotional product projects. This role is key in assisting with estimates, sourcing, and order management while working cross-functionally with various departments. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and proactive in finding solutions that align with our clients’ needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bilingual (French & English) – Required
  • Experience in sales support, estimating, or project coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Estimate Preparation – Assist the sales team (including Seb and [Your Name]) by preparing detailed estimates for clients.
  • Vendor Coordination – Request and compare estimates from vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
  • Product & Service Sourcing – Research and recommend suitable products/services for trade shows, corporate environments, and promotional items based on client requirements.
  • Sales & Marketing Support – Help create sales tools, including emails, sell sheets, and training materials, to promote products and services.
  • Order Processing – Manage and place orders accurately while ensuring timely fulfillment.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with the art department, service team, and project management to ensure seamless execution of projects.
