WHAT WE DO

As a member of the sales team, you will be an integral part of providing our clients will a stellar real estate transaction experience. You’ll work closely with the Sales Representatives and their clients, addressing questions, researching property details, opening orders and keeping deals on track. Internally, you’ll work with colleagues from a variety of disciplines across the National Commercial Services division to support sales efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Under direct supervision, provide administrative support for commercial real estate transactions.
  • Open new orders, follow up on status, keep the deals on track to hit specific transaction milestones.
  • Maintain and track changes to client account profiles, research new client opportunities and monitor market trends.
  • Provide marketing assistance, client outreach and attend local industry events, as needed.
