Sales Assistant for Polish Market (Internship or Apprenticeship)(M/W/D) - Kehl, Germany

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Currently pursuing a BTS Commerce International, a Licence or a Master in Business/International Trade.
  • Some experience (internship or project) in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot) and digital outreach platforms.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and lead qualification.
  • Interest in B2B sales in the enterprise software or SaaS industry, in the digital or print content supply chain.
  • Willing to engage prospect with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.

SOFT SKILLS AND CULTURE FIT

  • Fluent in English and Polish, French and/or German as a plus.
  • An interest in digital and print media management is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach.
  • Resilient and self-motivated, able to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude.
  • Organized and proactive, with a data-driven mindset to optimize outreach strategies.
Responsibilities

MISSIONS AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

  • Support the sales team in generating new business opportunities through lead generation efforts.
  • Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to identify potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Utilize modern marketing tools (CRM, automation, analytics) to track and optimize outreach efforts.
