JOB DESCRIPTION

· Share fashion advice and product knowledge to engage with the customer
· Offer a high-level of customer service following standards established by Jean-Paul Fortin
· Participate in visual merchandizing of the store in compliance with the company’s standards and ensure that all window sections are well maintained and organized.
· Execute different types of transactions such as refunds, transfers, shipping and receiving of merchandise
· Accomplish every other related task as assigned by the immediate supervisor

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

· High-school degree Relevant sales experience in the retail industry
· Customer service abilities
· Great team player
· Driven to reach personal and store results
· Ability to work while standing all day
