THE ROLE

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail and showroom team at our Old Dalby headquarters. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right products and ensuring a positive buying experience from start to finish.
This role combines face-to-face showroom sales with handling phone and email enquiries, so great communication skills and product knowledge are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome customers to the showroom and assist with product selection
• Provide detailed product information and demonstrations
• Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system
• Respond to phone and email enquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Maintain the showroom’s appearance, ensuring displays are well presented
• Support wider sales activities including promotions, merchandising, and events
