JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our vape shop. This is a great opportunity for growth within our organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

· At least 2 years of prior experience in retail or customer service experience, preferably in the vape industry.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Minimum Education GCSE
· Basic knowledge of vape products, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories, with an understanding of the UK market (this will be an added advantage).
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
· Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
· Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Familiarity with UK regulations and compliance requirements related to vaping products.
· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player mentality.

· Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
· Educate customers on vape products, including e-liquids, devices, and accessories, to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
· Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
· Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.
· Perform routine inventory checks and assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
· Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
· Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and escalate issues to relevant line manager when necessary.
· Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including compliance with UK regulations related to vaping products. Training will be provided
· Employee will be expected to take part in promotional activities
· Ability to work independently is essential as key holders are responsible for opening and closing the stores.
