· Deliver warm, efficient service at the till and on the shop floor; resolve queries and go the extra mile for customers.
· Keep departments customer‑ready: tidy, replenished and well‑merchandised
· Advise on fashion sizing/fits, and home & textiles (e.g., duvets & pillows, bedding sizes & thread count, curtains/measurements, towels & fabrics).
· Process deliveries, replenish from stockroom; action markdowns, price checks, promotions and POS on time.
· Operate POS/tills accurately (cash, card, refunds, exchanges, gift cards); follow cash‑handling procedures.
· Support Click & Collect, handle customer calls and enquiries.
· Maintain store standards for cleanliness, safety and compliance (fire exits clear, hazards reported, manual handling best practice).
