Hadco Metals, Bensalem, PA is hiring a Sales Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to inside, outside, and export sales team. Role & Responsibilities: Accurately enter sales orders from customers and/or sales representatives into an ERP system. Proofread and review order entry for accuracy. Follow up on open issues associated with sales orders, including outside processing, stock transfers, and buyouts. Maintain contract ship dates and order changes. Create part numbers as required. Regularly advise sales representatives of the timely order process and shipment to customers. Assist sales in obtaining quotes from vendors. Provide order updates to customers. Other office duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Requirements: Korean language fluency Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft office. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role. Basic math skills, including decimals and fractions. Ability to read and write in English.
