Our customers include national and international wholesalers, beverage cash-and-carry markets, specialty stores, C+C businesses, online shops, and select retail outlets. Additionally, we operate our own e-commerce platform for our B2B customers. Responsibilities
  • Managing and developing existing (e-commerce) customer accounts.
  • Acquiring new customers.
  • Processing and handling orders.
  • Actively distributing our exclusive brands.
  • Handling complaints and customer inquiries.
  • Calculating and preparing offers.
  • Collaborating closely with the field sales team.
  • Supporting Key Account Managers.
  • Maintaining customer and product master data.
  • Assisting in the digitalization of daily operations.
