Key Responsibilities:

  • SALES EXECUTION:Proactively approach potential customers to make sales on behalf of clients.
  • SKILL APPLICATION:Use techniques learnt in training sessions with experienced sales professionals to enhance your effectiveness.
  • MENTORSHIP & GROWTH:As you develop, you may have the opportunity to mentor new team members and participate in strategic business planning.
  • CUSTOMER-CENTRIC APPROACH:Apply excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
  • SALES RECORDING:Accurately document each sale to ensure proper commission payment.

  • TEAM ENGAGEMENT:Attend meetings at their central office in Glasgow, to learn about business updates, client information, and engage in the company culture.

Requirements:

  • STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS:Confidently engage in conversations in English.
  • FULL-TIME AVAILABILITY:Full time equivalent hours (available to work 5 full days a week between Mon-Sat)
  • EAGERNESS TO LEARN:A genuine interest in developing sales and customer service skills.
  • PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE:Maintain a smart, formal dress code, including appropriate footwear.

Desirable:
Although no experience is required for this Sales Assistant role, experience in sales or customer service roles such as retail, warehouse, marketing, design, advertising, creative or hospitality, is advantageous but not essential, as full training and ongoing support is provided.
