Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a person with outstanding communication skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to work autonomously as well as take direction within a team. The ideal person will have a flair for admin and be process driven, while also having a confident phone manner and the ability to meet targets and bring in business. This is a full-time position working for an established, well-known senior agent in our Cronulla office. Working Mon-Sat with a mid-week half day RDO.

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Calling prospective clients/vendors from a high-end database to generate appraisals
  • Handling all sales compliance and sales admin duties for the Agent
  • Constant buyer communication regarding database and stock
  • In-house CRM system management and data entry
  • Assisting with open homes, listing presentations & auctions
  • Client callbacks and feedback reports
  • End-to-end property campaign management: document signage, liaising with solicitors/conveyancers/stylists/pest & building inspectors/banks
  • Meeting daily and weekly sales targets
  • Social media management: creating and posting content/properties online
  • Attending weekly sales training, sales meetings and ad hoc company events
  • Utilising systems and platforms including and not limited to: Agentbox, RpData, Ratemyagent, RE.com, Domain, social media platforms, Smart Sheets, Realhub, Shire Maps etc.

IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • Must have Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (legal industry requirement)
  • Previous real estate experience is highly desired
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Needs patience and enthusiasm to succeed within this role
  • Strong confidence – assertive yet professional and friendly
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Happy to manage lengthy admin and data entry duties
  • Strong follow up skills
  • The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
  • Must be presentable
