You will support our customers from the initial inquiry to the commissioning of their photovoltaic projects and assist the sales team with quote calculations and the technical design of PV systems. In addition, you will handle general administrative tasks, accounting, and scheduling. Your tasks:

• Telephone and email-based customer contact for processing inquiries and requests
• On-site appointments to advise customers
• Consulting and support for photovoltaic projects from initial contact to commissioning
• Supporting sales in the cost calculation and technical design of PV systems
• Taking over general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation and archiving
• Maintenance and updating of customer data and project information
• Creating and sending invoices to customers
• Scheduling; tracking and monitoring of important dates and deadlines in the project timeline
• You acquire new prospects.
