• Support: Close support for project preparation and project management in the preparation, planning, control and implementation of charging station and PV system projects.
• Coordination: Organization, coordination and tracking of dates, deadlines, costs, project processes, as well as support and coordination of project preparation staff regarding workload, deployment planning and organizational issues.
• Coordination: Active communication and coordination with internal interfaces such as project management, specialist departments, service, sales , and external project stakeholders to ensure a smooth project flow.
• Contribute: Support in the creation of project-related documents and overviews
• Preparation: Preparing for and following up on meetings, workshops and presentations 
• Documentation: Creating, maintaining, and structuring project plans, documentation, and reports for transparent project management.

This is what you bring with you

• A successfully completed technical or commercial apprenticeship is desirable, ideally with further training in project management, or a completed degree in business administration or comparable fields of study.
• Prior professional experience in project assistance, project coordination or a similar position is desirable. 
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style 
• Excellent organizational skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and team orientation in daily project work.
• Safe use of MS Office 365
• Affinity for digital processes and project management tools 
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with various departments 
• Understanding of numbers and interest in project-related evaluations and controlling topics
• Excellent German skills and good English skills
