JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service:

• Greet and assist customers in person and on the phone.
• Process customer orders, including quoting prices and checking stock availability.
• Provide technical support and product information to customers.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions.

Yard & Stock Management:

• Load and unload deliveries
• Pick and Pack orders
• Maintain accurate stock levels
• Organise and clean warehouse area
• Assist with stocktaking

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous sales or roofing experience welcome but not essential
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work accordingly
• Happy to work both indoors and outdoors
• Good customer service
• Computer literate
• Comfortable in a role involving extensive manual handling of bulky items.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: From £31,500.00 per year

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
