Description

International Machine company is looking for a Japanese Bilingual Sales Assistant. ○ Update customer records in the company database as required ○ Support creating and organizing sales presentation materials ○ Support translating sales and technical materials from Japanese to English ○ Create simple drawings (cutting layout) on the computer as a part of machine sales activities ○ Receive and ship machine parts ○ Track and update the status of shipments ○ Maintain parts inventory and shipping materials ○ Provide additional support involved with shipping delays or damages Requirements: ○ Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges ○ Good oral and written communication skills ○ Strong sense of time organization and urgency ○ Ability to lift machine parts up to 50 lbs ○ Basic proficiency with MS Office ○ English and Japanese bilingual (conversational level required) Needed ASAP! GREAT benefits! NO travel required. Hours: 8:00am to 5:00 (M-F) 1 hour lunch break

Responsibilities

The Sales Assistant will update customer records, support the creation of sales materials, and translate documents from Japanese to English. Additional tasks include managing shipments and inventory of machine parts.
