We’ve been serving customers for over 20 years with beautiful new and pre-owned jewellery, luxury watches, FCA-regulated pawnbroking, and expert repair services. We’re now looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Sales Assistant to join our close-knit team.
If you have experience in the jewellery trade, we’d love to hear from you.
If not, retail or customer-facing experience is essential – we can train you in the rest.

• Welcome customers warmly and provide outstanding service.
• Keep our jewellery window displays eye-catching and inviting.
• Photograph and promote products on social media.
• Record sales and stock levels using Excel.
• Use our pawnbroking system (full training provided).
• Handle jewellery/watch repairs and provide estimates.
• Package and post daily online orders.
• Buy scrap gold and other jewellery items.
• Serve pawnbroking customers professionally and discreetly.
