Job Description: As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a memorable shopping experience. You will work closely with the sales team to provide exceptional service and support to customers, driving sales, and promoting our products. This is a very hands on and demanding role, and duties will include sorting deliveries, ensuring the correct labels and pricing is on the garments, and taking to the department to merchandise. • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to customers.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organised sales floor.
• Help restock and arrange merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and promotions.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
• Previous experience in retail is necessary.
