As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while contributing to the store's success. Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs Provide knowledgeable product information and recommendations to customers Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally Assist with receiving, unpacking, and displaying merchandise Participate in inventory management and stock control procedures Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies Contribute to creating an engaging and inviting store atmosphere Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor Enthusiasm for sales and ability to meet targets Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash Attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized work area Computer literacy for operating point-of-sale systems High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
