SoSweet have a very exciting opportunity for a determined and switched-on individual to join our ever-growing team.
We need a keyholder with a customer service background, to support the Store Manager in our busy customer-facing environment.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Day to day running of a busy retail sweet shop, with responsibility of cash handling, staff supervision and a key holder.
  • Training new staff in correct procedures, stock rotation and practices
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Stock ordering and replenishment

Required Skills:

  • You must be able to work independently as well as lead and work team
  • Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
  • Be confident in up-selling.
  • Have good people skills within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Retail experience in a supervisory role preferred (training will be given)

The ideal candidate will be positive, fun, friendly and have a professional attitude. You’ll be talking to people constantly and be the face of our new store. This is a part-time role with set hours. Set hours are 9-7 Sunday, Wednesday and Friday. More hours available to cover weekend and holidays.
