This is the profile you bring to the table as a sales assistant (m/f/d):

• completed commercial training
• at least three years of professional experience
• good English skills, both spoken and written
• Good MS Office skills / ERP knowledge
• Teamwork/ Customer focus

Your tasks as a sales assistant (m/f/d):

• Creating correspondence/written exchanges
• Switchboard/ Appointment monitoring
• Check and process incoming and outgoing invoices
• Payment transactions
• Mahnwesen
• Preparation of documents for the Finance/HR department
• Create commission statements for sales representatives
• Purchasing raw materials and inventory monitoring
• Transactions with suppliers
• Creating offers and price calculations
• Order processing up to and including creating the invoice for the customer
• Shipping processing
• Inventory
• Intrastat declaration
• Issuing certificates of origin and handling customs clearance with freight forwarders
• general system maintenance/master data maintenance
• Guest hospitality
• Organize business trips
