Your role at Novicare:

• Documentation of all sales-relevant information and customer contacts
• Creation of documents, offers and sales materials
• General administrative and organizational activities
• Data and document maintenance
• Forwarding of qualified customer inquiries to the specialist advisors for further processing
• Telephone and written correspondence
• Scheduling and support for management

You bring the following:

• Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Independent and structured work style
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Safe use of MS Office
• Reliability, initiative and a sense of responsibility
