Description
The sales assistant manager is responsible for checking all related sales engineer daily basis jobs. Sales assistant manager is also responsible for developing sales in various markets and managing their team’s sales operation.    Responsibilities:  * Plan sales targets in accordance with the target given by the company.  * Coordination with the sales team and other departments.  * Check reports of sales semester or yearly that made by the Admin. Sales.  * Check Bid follow-up report for Sales Quotation, Complaint, Claim, Sample, and Trial.  * Determine minimum stock for finished goods local / import.  * Maintain existing customers (through site visits, by phone, email, etc.).  * Looking for a new customer (through site visits, email, by phone, etc.).  * Negotiations with customers (discount price, type of payment, work, etc.).  * Making the visit report (with or without Technical Support).  * Check SQ follow-up reports of sales support and follow up if no reply should be followed up by sales (visits, negotiations, etc.).  * Handle customer complaints regarding quality, delivery, etc. and forward it to the relevant parties (QA) and forward the response / answer from QA to customer complaints.  * Determine the type of payment for new customers (cash or terms).  * Contributes to the weekly Sales Meeting, sharing the sales activities for one week, to discuss the problems encountered, etc. where the meeting results will be informed to President Director.  * Make a plan visits per semester.  * Make calculations hospitality fee.  * Check price analysis made by sales support.  * Maintain safe attitude and respect rules or procedures related EHS.  * Make sure ideas for improvement related Environment, Health and Safety in which they are responsible are acted upon.  * Make sure the worker in which they are responsible are maintain safe attitude and respect to the environment sustainability.      Requirements:    * Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Department or sales support role.  * Analytical & Problem solving, able to demonstrate with figures.   * Excellent oral and written communication with both internal and external partners.  * Experience in a complex and dynamic, fast-paced work environment and ideally international.  * Computer literate: Microsoft Pack Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) – Internet, social network.  * Fluent in English.      Preferred:    Bachelor's degree (Preferably Majoring in Engineering, Management).      Essential:    * Ability to drive process improvement and projects.  * Capable of handling multiple priorities, good organizational and planning skills.  * Good approach to work that includes initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy and discretion.  * Strong facilitation & persuasion skills, able to interface with all levels of responsibility in the organization.
