JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our warm and friendly team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience, driving sales, and supporting merchandising efforts within the store.
We have been serving the community of Barnard Castle and visitors/tourists for over twenty years and have a superb reputation for our wonderful customer service; we offer everything that you would expect from a traditional jewellery store but also offer popular fashion brands which include Pandora, Nomination and Clogau. It is essential that you are of a genuinely warm disposition, can converse easily with people from all walks of life and are enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
  • Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and inventory tasks.
