About the Role

We're looking for a driven Sales Assistant who takes ownership of customer outcomes, hits sales targets, and raises the bar for in-store experience.

• Convert customer enquiries into sales by delivering confident, knowledgeable product advice that builds trust and closes the deal.
• Drive repeat business and referrals by creating memorable service experiences that keep customers coming back.
• Maintain a showroom that sells - visual merchandising standards that reflect Medimart's reputation and move product.
• Process transactions with precision and keep sales documentation accurate, so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Keep daily operations running smoothly, a well-run store is a high-performing store.
• Rapidly build product expertise through training, so you can advise with confidence from day one.
• Spot and raise ideas that improve conversion, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.

What You Bring

• A track record in retail, sales, or customer service - you've hit targets and you know how to sell.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to read a customer and adapt your approach.
• Healthcare or mobility industry experience is a genuine advantage.
• Attention to detail in both sales processes and store presentation.
• A proactive mindset - you see what needs doing and you do it.
