MINISO STORE ON PRINCES STREET - EDINBURGH

MINISO is a lifestyle design-led business which has been enjoying huge growth across the globe since its inception in 2013. In just 9 years it operates in over 105 countries, with almost 5,000 stores worldwide.
The first MINISO UK store was launched with great success in November 2019 in Ealing Broadway Centre, London, and we have several more store openings in 2025 and huge expansion plans over the next few years.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience.
Maintain merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and organized. Utilize effective communication skills to engage with customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing timely responses and solutions. Collaborate with team members and management team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
