As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting the benefits of Archies Footwear products.
Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner. Provide detailed information about our products, emphasizing their orthopaedic benefits and unique features.
Sales Processing: Efficiently process sales transactions, including cash handling and using our point-of-sale system (Shopify). Strive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Stock Management: Conduct regular stock takes, monitor inventory levels, and assist with restocking shelves to ensure products are readily available for customers.
Customer Service: Prioritize customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing assistance in fitting and selecting the right products.
Store Maintenance: Keep the shop organised, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
Product Knowledge: Continuously update and expand your knowledge about our product range, their features, and benefits to assist customers effectively.
