Archies Footwear is a leading provider of arch-support footwear, specialising in stylish thongs and slides that combine comfort with fashion. We believe footwear should look great and provide essential support for all-day wear. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our pop-up shop at Noosa Civic Shopping Centre during the summer months.

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating positive shopping experiences and promoting the benefits of our footwear. Duties include:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, highlighting the comfort and orthopedic benefits of our products.
• Sales Processing: Manage transactions, handle cash, and operate our POS system (Shopify) while working towards sales targets.
• Stock Management: Assist with stock counts, restocking, and inventory monitoring.
• Customer Service: Answer questions, resolve issues, and help customers find the right fit.
• Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting store environment.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our range to confidently support customer needs.
