QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Computer literacy; CRM or dealership software experience is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers in the showroom, providing a welcoming and supportive experience.
  • Assist the sales team with daily tasks, appointments, and vehicle preparation.
  • Prepare vehicles for presentation, including cleaning coordination, fueling, organizing keys, and ensuring test-drive readiness.
  • Maintain sales materials, showroom displays, and organized inventory.
  • Create window stickers, assist with vehicle pricing, and update sales documentation.
  • Support sales staff with paperwork, filing, data entry, and follow-up communication.
  • Upload and manage information in the dealership’s customer management system (CRM).
  • Take photos of vehicles for dealership website listings.
  • Drive vehicles between stores or departments as required.
  • Answer phones and assist with general administrative duties when needed.
