JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. Work days will be Saturday 10.00 until 16.30 and Sunday 11.00 until 15.00 The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your ability to upsell and communicate effectively will contribute to the overall success of our sales team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
  • Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is an advantage but not essential.
  • A friendly demeanour with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
