One Floral Group is a wholesale flower producer that provides tailored floral solutions to retail customers throughout North America and is one of the fastest growing producers of floral products. Our business has over four million square feet of growing and production space in more than six facilities in three different climate zones. We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and flexible individual to join our team as a Sales & Operations Coordinator. In this cross-functional role, you will act as a liaison between the Sales/Business Development and Production/Operations teams to coordinate product availability, customer programs, and overall sales execution. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
CORE SKILLS REQUIRED
- 2+ years experience in a coordination, operations, or sales support role (agriculture/produce industry preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
CUSTOMER & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

- Understand the products available by the organization.
- Understand procedures required to obtain, process, and deliver products to customers.

Administration
- Maintain clear and accurate communication among internal departments as follows;
- Enter sales orders into BC and maintain those orders when changes are made
- Communicating with the production team with specifics about orders released.
- Maintaining sellable items in BC system and ensuring correct information
- Ensure all customer items are up to date with the correct information, such as pricing, UPC, shipping details.
- Support and administer reporting in third party EDI systems – Retail Link, Webtracker, Procurant, Itrade
- Provide all UPC and Label requirements to the correct dept.
- Provide required data reports to support sales activities
- Keep track of all projected orders vs actual
- Create sales reports for the team
