DESCRIPTION

• Share fashion advice and product knowledge to engage with the customer
• Offer a high-level of customer service following standards established by Jean-Paul Fortin
• Participate in visual merchandizing of the store in compliance with the company’s standards and ensure that all window sections are well maintained and organized.
• Execute different types of transactions such as refunds, transfers, shipping and receiving of merchandise
• Accomplish every other related task as assigned by the immediate supervisor
