Melbourne’s favourite design store - CIBI - is developing in exciting directions and is now seeking a permanent part-time retail supervisor to join our team.
Our goal is to provide world-class customer service and we work professionally with care. We engage and encourage customers to enjoy, and we strive for attention to detail in customer service. You’ll be working with beautiful products that give joy, and you’ll have opportunities to learn about the makers. A bit about you:

• You love making customers happy!
• You have experience delivering calm, quality customer service in a quick-paced retail environment.
• Your curiosity, ‘can do’ attitude and respect for others makes you a great team player.
• You have an awareness of Japanese culture, appreciate great design and artisanal products, and are eager to learn product knowledge.

About the role:

• 3-4 days permanent part-time including 1 weekend shift (Sunday)
