Job Purpose: Sales Assistant

REQUIREMENTS:

Sales experience and product knowledge within the Builder Provider/Merchant sector an advantage.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Team player.
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a busy target driven sales environment.

Dealing directly with customers both in person and on the phone/email, preparing quotations, liaising with customers on orders and deliveries, collecting payments and customer service duties.
Ensuring the smooth handling of product administration, queries, invoicing and price modification.
Providing an excellent level of customer care and attention to detail.
Frequent communications with the sales representative.
Assisting reps, monitoring targets and credit collections by reps and producing weekly reports.
Assist with sales enquiries.
