Sales Assistant (CRM, Scheduling, Sales Support – Remote, U.S. Hours)About the Role We’re hiring a Sales Assistant to support sales operations, CRM management, scheduling, and proposal coordination. In this role, you’ll keep the sales team organized and efficient by managing data, meetings, documents, and communication — allowing Account Executives to focus on closing deals. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and experienced with CRM systems and sales support workflows, this role is for you. ResponsibilitiesCRM Management Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) Update leads, contacts, and opportunities with complete and current information Monitor and clean data (duplicates, missing fields, outdated records) Scheduling & Coordination Schedule calls, demos, and follow-ups across time zones Use tools like Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly Coordinate internal prep meetings and ensure reps are ready with materials Proposal & Document Support Draft, format, and proofread sales proposals, quotes, and presentations Assist with RFP/RFI responses using updated templates Create and edit materials using Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva Reporting & Metrics Generate weekly and monthly sales reports from CRM data Track pipeline activity, conversion rates, and key KPIs Maintain dashboards for visibility into sales performance Communication & Follow-Up Draft and send follow-up emails, reminders, and thank-you notes Support inbound lead responses and route qualified prospects Ensure timely and professional communication with prospects Cross-Team Collaboration Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams Track deliverables to ensure a smooth customer journey Support lead routing, contract approvals, and order processing Requirements 1–2 years of experience in administration, sales support, or operations Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Strong written communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours Nice to Have Experience creating proposals, presentations, or sales collateral Familiarity with lead generation workflows or SDR/BDR support Experience in B2B SaaS, professional services, or marketing agencies Basic data analysis skills (Excel pivot tables, Google Data Studio) Tools & Tech Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho / Pipedrive Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Calendly / Google Calendar / Outlook Canva / Google Slides / PowerPoint Why Join Be a key part of the sales operations and support function Work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership Build skills in CRM management, reporting, and sales processes Opportunity to grow into sales or operations roles Fully remote role with structured responsibilities What Success Looks Like High CRM data accuracy and cleanliness Meetings scheduled and prepared on time without errors Sales documents delivered accurately and professionally Consistent, reliable reporting and dashboards Strong support feedback from sales teams Apply Now If you’re a Sales Assistant who excels in organization, communication, and sales support, we’d love to hear from you.
