DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

The Sales Assistant will be pivotal in supporting the Sales team, including several Key Account Managers at Perrigo Netherlands. By collaborating with marketing, category management, logistics, and sales data teams, the Sales Assistant ensures smooth operations and contributes to Perrigo’s ambition to innovate and respond effectively to consumer trends.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Be an experienced Sales Assistant : experience within a FMCG / OTC / Food would be beneficial
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, additional language is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions in a flat organizational structure
  • Enthusiastic and curious personality, eager to learn and grow
Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure external agreements made by Key Account Managers are accurately translated into the system
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage documentation related to sales agreements, contracts, and customer communications
  • Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution
  • B2B Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support: Provide support in organizing sales events, meetings, and presentations
