We're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Taubmans Myaree store and become part of a team that takes pride in building genuine relationships and delivering great customer experiences every day.

The setup

• Full-time permanent position (38 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday roster between 6:30am and 4:30pm
• Occasional Saturday shifts as required
• Based at our Myaree Trade Centre
• Full product and systems training provided

How you'll make an impact

Every day looks a little different, but you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for every customer who walks through the door.

You'll:

• Welcome and assist customers with friendly, knowledgeable service
• Build relationships with local trade and retail customers
• Tint and mix paint products to customer requirements
• Prepare customer orders for collection and delivery
• Assist with deliveries using the company vehicle when required
• Help manage stock and maintain store presentation
• Support the Store Manager and wider team with day-to-day operations
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised workplace

Experience in retail, customer service, hardware, trade supply, warehousing or a similar customer-facing environment will be highly regarded, but it's not essential.

Paint experience is not required.
