Ideal Honda is looking for a Product Presenter. This role functions as part of a dynamic team that is a support to our sales team. We’re looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual who enjoys providing an exceptional customer experience. No experience required.

In this role you will:

  • Respond to customer’s inquiries by phone, email and in person
  • Deliver high quality, professional and accurate presentations of new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Assist customers during the delivery process of the vehicle they have purchased
  • Basic data entry related to customers and vehicles
  • Participate in individual and collaborative continuous training and improvements
  • Have opportunities for growth and development within the automotive industry
