Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from 3500 AED to 5000 AED per month. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales team, assisting with client interactions, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market is highly desirable.
Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are an advantage

Responsibilities

Assisting sales agents with client inquiries, providing information about properties, and scheduling viewings.
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using company systems.
Preparing sales presentations and marketing materials to showcase properties effectively.
Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts and managing documentation.
