Key Responsibilities:
Experience in Sales is a must!
Welcome customers and ensure a positive experience from the moment they enter.
Respond to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
Work closely with mechanics to coordinate customer inquiries and service updates.
Correspond with delivery personnel to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.
Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area.
Requirements:Previous experience in customer service is required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
A friendly, approachable demeanor and a commitment to great customer service.
Having your own means of transportation is a plus.
Work Schedule:Monday to Saturday
